Human physiotherapy

Have you had yourself checked?

You've had your saddle checked, had the equine physio out, had his teeth checked, but have you ever had yourself checked out?

It seems an obvious thing to do, afterall the rider can't ride an unlevel horse, so we shouldn't expect the horse to carry an unlevel rider!

A horse's problems can often be attributed to ill fitting tack, but an unbalanced rider is going to do far more damage!

Performance of both horse and rider will be impeded if you are not sitting squarely

Even if your horse does not display signs of pain, performance will be impeded if you are not sitting squarely.
